I tell u, recently I eat alot of FAT!!
Example:--
Thurday>>>eat a plate of mihun, then 2 cup of ice cream(morning),,chicken rice(noon),normal(night)
Friday>>>normal(morning),normal(noon),2 piece of chicken[KFC] & a piece of chocolate cheese cake(night)
Saturday>>>a bowl of curry mee& ABC(morning), a plate of mee goreng(night), a burger(supper)
Sunday>>>a bowl of curry mee agn(morning), dim sum(noon), 1 and half of roti sardine...(night)
Monday>>>FINALLY,,NORMAL!!
can u imagine how much calories are there??!!
Luckily, i still have the same weight!!
